Bleedish and its administrators act solely as a neutral hosting provider that supplies storage space and a platform. We do not create, produce, commission, verify, endorse or pre-approve any of the content found on this site. All content is uploaded, published and shared exclusively by its users.

2. Users are solely responsible

Every user is fully and solely responsible for any content they upload, post, comment, link or share. The person who uploads or posts content bears all legal, civil and criminal responsibility for it. By submitting content you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any law.

3. No liability for Bleedish or its staff

Bleedish, its owners, administrators, moderators and staff accept no liability whatsoever for any content uploaded by users, nor for any damage, loss, claim or consequence arising from that content. Any responsibility, blame or liability rests entirely and exclusively with the individual user who provided the content — not with Bleedish or its administrators.

4. Reporting and removal

If you believe content violates the law or our rules, you may report it. We may remove content and ban accounts at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice or reason. Acting on a report does not transfer any responsibility for that content to Bleedish.
